Summer Strength & Conditioning Training Program

 

We highly recommend that all rugby athletes register for this program if they are not already participating in a program with another sport.  It is very important that our athletes in Fresno/Clovis get into the gym.   We need our athletes to be active in the off-season so that they can enter their sport season in great shape and ready to go.

Program Information

Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

 

CenCal Rugby Club's Summer Strength and Conditioning program is forany and all athletes (rugby or another sport) who are in 7th-12th grade.  This program is meant to help players become better athletes by building strength, mass, and endurance.  This program will be run by Coach Jay Miranda who is a fully certified Rugby Coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach.
